Jeff Rye and Steve Burns, the primary technicians and co-owners of KTS, are deeply committed to delivering exceptional support to our clients. With many of our clients having been with us for years, Jeff and Steve take pride in offering personalized support. Their extensive knowledge of our clients, their equipment, and their specific needs allows them to deliver tailored solutions that foster long-term relationships.

Jeff and Steve met in 2001 while working at Network Solutions of KY. Following a change in the company's ownership, Jeff and Steve set out on their own ventures. In 2008 they reunited to establish Kentuckiana Technology Solutions. The long-standing relationships they have maintained with many of their clients since the beginning underscore their commitment to building strong partnerships and driving client success.
